Getting back into boating.

Hey folks.
After a very long absence from the hobby I am slowing gathering resources to make a return. Looks like I'l be ready to get set back up by early to mid fall, which is cool cause I was typically a cool weather boater anyway doing most of my building inside during the heat and humidity. Anyway I left the hobby just after the transition to brushless and lipo had become the standard.
I'll be asking lots of questions as to whats working good now and being a general pain in the ass lol.

Thanks buddy... Yes it's been a rough 4 or 5 years but we are doing much better :). My mind is swimming with ideas on what to start off with. I'll need to buy something almost ready to go at first. I am not set up to build right now. Just some mods and repairs at best. The best part is my son is now old enough to drive and help work on things.. It's going to be much more fun this time around.

I don't know if you're interested in racing but our club has been growing every year and we have a lot of different classes. and a lot of kids racing too.
