Anyone run Aeromarine monos

thinking of building a 43 cut down challenger or a XXX with the 2028 CC ? thanks chris

XXX and Challenger are excellent mono's i run both however i prefer the Deltaforce for racing.

A club member ran an XXX for about a year with a 2028 on 10S. Very quick and handled rougher water 'way better than a DF.

Fluid your right the xxx is a great rough water boat which i have won many races with, my preference is the DF but it does not handle the rough water as well

I have a gas vector.. I would imagine that would be even better ? as far as gas it is !!!

Chris, it will be faster than gas so it may perform differently. One club member just built a big Seaducer and with the 2028 on 10S ran 66 mph with an x457/3, everything was reasonably cool by Texas summer standards too. That is a pretty conservative prop for the power system.
