does anybody know wat number west systems epoxy i should use to seal a hydro? i was using zpoxy finishing resin. wanted to try somthing different.

I have heard good things about the 207 hardner

Keep in mind the mix ratio is a little different than the 205 or 206 hardener.

3:1 #105 resin and #207 hardener for Cf and FG.
1:1 G/Flex #650 for repairs and mounting motor mounts and such.
i will use nothing else. pricey yes but goes a long ways.
JB Weld for stuff tubes and brackets also.
5-30 minute epoxies are fine in a pinch just the strength is not there.

Dennis, give the US Composites 635 thin epoxy a try. I will not go back to west systems.

Cool, I'm done with MAS epoxy for finishing. It's great for structure but, I'll try East or West systems or as mike just said, US composites 635 sounds interesting.
