in my opinion you prop is a little big abd your batteries to small. i woulndt go any bigger than a 48mm prop and if you wanted more bigger batteries might help

That is a hot setup imo. 1730kv on 6s with that prop is a bit much, personally I would run 5s2p. If you MUST run 6s prop down, might want to add a pretty nice cap bank too, you will pull over 210 amps on a spike.

Packs are a lot of money zippy 45c packs are fantastic, I've pulled 330 amps through them in a 12s1p setup.

fast boats are fun but not if you're burning stuff up all the time. that leopard 1730kv on 6s will work for some time im sure but will give the esc a workout thats for sure.

Higher capacity= more amperage availability maybe 2x6s 4000+ 40c or more

It would be a good idea to run the boat on 5s to start. 5s will be a lot more forgiving while you learn to tune the boat. Running 6s off the start with a poorly setup boat could cause considerable issues and be expensive. If your already an experienced boater then please excuse my comments. I assumed you were just getting into things when you mentioned the you tube video for your setup choice. Usually people check out other people's successful builds here to start getting an idea. If you are new please realize the setup your looking at is a higher risk setup. People who have been doing this for years may disagree but 1500-1600kv would be a reliable choice. It's your call, just wanted to mention the risks if you are new to the scene. Good luck with the build
