    0.1 µf Motor Capacitors

Capacitors are for use on electric motors when used in conjunction with electronic speed controls. The capacitors help filter out the 'electronic' noise.
    (3) Caps needed per motor.

What motor are you going to put them on? Many brushed motors come with capacitors installed but if you want to install them solder one from the positive terminal to the motor can, one from the neg terminal to the can, and one between the positive and negative terminal.

For 15 bucks extra Steven will add capacitors and a brush cooling tube to that motor and I'm sure he will install it all perfectly for you.

What you dont see is the back side, the two caps on that side are twisted together and soldered to the motor can itself.
