    Color Match for Pursuit Yellow

    Hello Pursuit Owners,

Has anyone found a decent match to the Yellow paint on the Pursuit mono's from Hobby King? I have some repairs that I would like to do, and I am trying to decide if I should repaint the entire boat or find a yellow paint that matches.

    Later,
    Mike

Mike, run it wounded. It's a race boat. I'm not fixing mine.

If your ADDOCD won't allow it.......run over to West Marine on Jefferson. The sell a gel coat repair kit that has multiple color additives. You do your own color match. Dab it in. Block sand. Finer finer finer sandpaper then buff. You know the routine.

Ditto, mine has a number of repairs, glued with epoxy. I cover some with yellow pvc electrical tape. One day it will get stripped blueprinted and repainted...one day!

                  Thanks guys,

I am going to run it as it is... My attempt to shoot primer yesterday on my other hulls turned out to be a disaster. Trying to get this one ready for paint would only slow me down, and I am already behind. ugh....

                  Thanks for the replies,
                  Mike

The closest thing I have been able to locate is rustoleum professional "safety Yellow"
