1/6th mile lap times?? Where to find pls

I was out testing today and I'm curious to find out where I could find out lap times for 1/6th mile course?

Mainly, Q-Mono for now but, if there is a central place with records or times I'd appreciate some direction finding this info so I know if I'm in the ballpark so to say.

Near as I can tell the record is around 12.5 sec. a lap for Q mono http://www.namba.com/content/records.asp?EventType=9

I was reading that but, that's for records and not with other boats in the water correct? I'm interested in maybe the times from maybe last year in Michigan for Q mono averaged over 6 laps plus mill unless that's what you pointed to? Fred or Terry might have the results, I'll search a bit to see if there are times in last years thread.

Ray if you look at the top of that page and click on records, you'll see all records.

if you're doin 12.5 seconds in anything other than a rigger you're flying, the fastest time at the Mi cup last year in any class were mine and Mike balls Q-sport runs at 1 minute 17 which is an average of 12.83 seconds per lap. Anyone can say theyre runnin 10-11 seconds but in a heat race it's completely different!!! I just went out and ran 6 laps in my new P-hydro in 1:05 on an open empty course, but there is no way that will happen in race. I expect between 1;15-1;20

What you have to consider no matter how fast your boat runs your last 3 laps will be much slower than your first 3 due to rougher water, traffic and dead boats.

Actually it's a tick closer to 12.3 seconds a lap and that was a heat race set-up. Too bad that mono is not heading to MI.......

That is flying Tyler, especially for a mono!!! I've had riggers that I've timed at under 10 seconds a lap on an open course but my best time ever in a race has been 1:04 in Mi and even that wasn't official either because there were only 2 boats in the heat.
