Where to find props for 3/16 shaft, but less than 38mm?

The smallest metal prop for 3/16 I can find on OSE is 38mm. I need smaller, wondering if there's a place that has such?

They are usually .125 in the smaller sizes. Get another flex shaft that steps down to .125

      corsara.
The smallest I know of, with a 3/16 bore, are the V635/2 & the V435/2 from VXP on this page.

      Cheers.

What size, weight and style boat is it? In my mini boats I run 1/8" / .125" shafts which gives me Octura props ranging from 27mm to 37mm, but on my bigger boats I am finding cutting down x438s to be more efficient, I can cut one to 33mm diameter and lower the blade area very substantially until it has the similar amp draw to an x435, unsurprisingly it has more speed as it retains its original pitch, but surprisingly it has much better acceleration too, despite having more pitch, less diameter, and less blade area.

The link doesn't work, but I found on google---are these aluminum? I thought it's too soft for 35k rpm.

          The boat is 26" deep-v.

26" deep-v. I'm not so good at cutting stuff. The shaft I already have installed is not flexible, and it's 3/16. I wanna stick with it, but find a smaller prop.

Yes they are 7075 aircraft alloy. 35,000k shouldn't be a problem.
They are competitiun racing props used widely across Europe & Asia.
I use them too. Up to 40,000k with a V442 on a rigger. Haven't lost one yet.
Your other options are as Paul has suggested above. Replace your shaft, or cut down your 38mm prop.

              Cheers.

Fair enough. Just ordered one of these VXP V432/2 off of eBay. Thanks

I don't think the 32mm props are 3/16 bore. It's the 35mm props you want.

A typo. This is what I ordered: "VXP V435/2 35mm 1.4p 3/16" CNC Alloy Non Lift Prop De Tongued"
