The Magnalium props in the OSE store look interesting, can anyone offer personal experience with them as to performance and strength? I'm looking at the 47-50mm size props for a cat hull.

I have run cnc props of that size at high rpm with high power setups never had an issue.
Definitely worth a try! I believe a guy on here with a new mystic just hit like 98mph with cnc 48mm props might wanna see if we can ask him -

I run a few of the CNC props. Some from Off Shore & some from VXP. Great props. No thinning & balancing to worry about, but I do sharpen them a bit.
They are easy to de-tongue & back cut, but I'm not sure on how easy to cup they are. I've never tried it. I've had a 442 spinning at 40,000k on a rigger & she held together. But the shaft didn't on one occasion. Mainly because I put a reverse rotation shaft in by mistake.
