    Pirate..... ARGhhh!!

Something in the mid 30's is usally about the right size for 6S Power. Not a written rule. Just a general guideline.

I run a 41" DF on 6S with a CC HV240 controller. Runs really well with no temp issues.

We had two club members who ran 41" DF hulls with 1527/1Y motors on 6S2P spinning x455 props. Rocket ships, and they handled rough water pretty well. However, with the OP's motor/controller combo I suspect that the 35" Pirate would work better.

If you want to race avoid the DF41 for NAMBA length rules limit the hull length to 40". Given the power system I would use the pirate.

That set up sounds like fun, and on 6s is very cool
