Timing Suggestions for a Turning T600?

I'll be receiving my cool Turnigy T600 any day. I'm paring it with a Turning Marine 120A ESC. This is slated to run on 6s in my large Super Hawaii. Stock prop for now.

Anyway, my question is what timing should this be set at? Options on the esc are 0, 3.75, 7.5, 11.25, 15, 18.75, 22.5, and 26.25

I just want the thing to stay together with good runtime.

    Thanks for any advice offered.

For an outrunner motor, I would start with 3.75 degrees.

I have one of those in 2000kv, a buddy on here KenDT runs a couple of them in the same KV as you on 6s. Be very careful with prop selection using a 120 amp esc. I'm not familiar with the Super Hawaii so I'm not sure of the stock prop size. I've seen the Eagletree data logs from Kens boats. Well over 120 amps!
That motor is a beast and is capable of turning some BIG props if the esc is up to it.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

Most boaters running this motor use 15 degrees of timing advance for best efficiency. What is the Kv of the OP's motor?

It's rated at 1100kv. I guess I thought that the Turnigy 120A marine esc would be work. The published max amp rating for that motor was 100. I was thinkin that if the ESC could take 20% more amps than the motor puts out I would be safe... I'll measure the prop size when I can. I'm guessing its around 40mm.
