    The hull he is interested in is a copy of a DF Explorer. Same dimensions, same sponson profile.

    TP Power now makes 40mm diameter motors in the 1527 length. Nice price, decent quality but, maybe not as nice as a NEU that's 4 sure. I will not know what the difference is until I get a boat in the water with the motor I have.

    I can't give much setup advice because I'm still new at 6S boats.

      Tp has the 4070 listed on site now, comes with an 8mm shaft. Should be quite the bad boy. I plan on ordering a couple myself.

        Thanks for the answers. If I wanted to still go twin power maybe run 4 s per motor would that still provide good speed and run time? Maybe a higher kv motor? Just trying to understand as I'm new to this.
