Can you trust this company, anyone have issue's from them? I order x2 stinger drives for this Daytona April 11th, and sent a few emails trying to get a response from them, so far, All I got back was there shipped... But nothing has came in yet..

I bought a speed control from them a while ago and I was sent the wrong one. They sent me the right one but refused to reimburse me on the return shipping which kinda sucked. Other than that no issues. That was also the only order I ever had with them.

As I am in Australia, I buy from them quite often. Never had a problem here.

I bought my CF Genesis and some extra parts from them and had no issues. Shipping to the US can take up to 21 days cause RC Boat Bitz is located in Australia.

Bought quite a fair bit from them as I am in Australia. No issues, He always responded quickly to my emails aswell. Give him a call, his phone number is on the site. Also don't forget Australia Post is one of the worst postal companies in the developed world I am sure of it. Sometimes takes 10 days to send a letter 100kms away. If you want me to call him for you if your overseas just pm me your details mate.

Yep 100% legitimate company. You will have no problems.

As mekzoid Australia post is shocking. I bought a boat from Boat Bitz and took 3 weeks for it to arrive. When it did arrive to my Post office Australia Post thought it was to be posted & sent it back into the mailing system . So it was another week before it arrived again.

Yep great postal system that's one of the most expensive in the world.

Poor bugger is run off his feet !!

Postal service inside Au is awful .. yet the turn around time between his send and your receive is same as USA stores to here ..
Austpost → USPS → you
or USPS → Austpost → us mob

We both have USPS and Austpost to deal with somewhere..and they're both pedal powered delivery services at best

Sometimes slow to reply emails yes..
Many orders to ship asap Vs questions on what color hull goes faster .. or how much range a 4.8V Rx battery gets ..

The two drive's for the Daytona did arrive in the mail today, so I cant say that Im not happy as of now, Ill be ordering from them again soon, I just get nervous about places that I have never bought from before..I knew you guys get that feeling to im sure. All is well, now to build!
