I ordered through Ebay, I am going to give them a chance to refund (I will return this dull prop they sent)... If they don't correct it I will have to take action Via Paypal.

EDIT: They responded, guess I have toi pay to send something all the way to Australia....

    Seller's message:
"It's obviously a human error from our packing dept, send it back and well will issue the refund.

    ^^Understandable, but different....^^

RCBB has always been good for me. International post is *going* to take time. In Aus, it's often a good 2 weeks from time of dispatch until the knock on the front door when we order from the US. Although, recently, it was about a week and a half so I was impressed by that. Aus post though, I agree doesn't seem to be on par with the services you have in the US. International ordering though..... you have to be patient. Frikkin long way from the US (or anywhere) to here. Agree though that if the fault isn't yours then the freight should be covered by RCBB to rectify. That's just looking after your customers properly. I've ordered from RCBB quite a bit and have never had a problem though. I always get a response fairly quickly (within) a day every time, which is pretty good for a busy, growing company. But as is the case with OSE, when things get busy you have to give them a little understanding.

I know, I know.... Thought about it but I really just want some from OSE that fit my Spartan (Not the ones in the Spartan section)
It's a losing battle to get return postage "free"...

I know the mail will take a while to get here, but still at least the right part could of been sent... It is really no biggy, just an inconvenience. I have heard some weird things about Aus Post... USPS isn't THAT great, I have had several issues. The old postman was tooooo lazy to get out of his truck when it was raining so he decided to "toss my package at high speed" to the porch. I only know because I was waiting and saw him do it. After that I picked UPS for a LONG time, but they just do the same thing behind closed doors. Truth be told they all do it over here, the DHL lady has even hit a dog in my Neighborhood. They all speed, run stop signs, and "place your package nicely"... Back to RC-- I may order some of the tabs, but the fact that they did not offer to cover postage and put such a short reply is the thing that is making me turn my head. I was googling around earlier and the shop owner used to be on the TRX forums, he wasn't happy about another company not responding to him.

I am not mad, just a little irritated that I waited about 2 weeks get a wrong part, pay shipping all the way back, wait another 2 weeks, and Hopefully get the right "items". I probably won't even get a refund for shipping over here... Still can't believe that they sent the prop in just a bubble envelope.... OSE bubble wraps them and then bubble envelopes!

EDIT: I will still try to send the prop back, RC Boat Blitz is correcting the hiccup. I have there updated response below:
          Seller's message:
"Tyler, sorry I didn't realize you were outside of Aus and couldn't return the prop to us for free using the normal reply paid method. Instead of sending the prop back keep it and I'll have a set of tabs sent today regs Joe "

            That's Joe for you .
I asked him, before Christmas, to see if he could get a Rotor & bearing set for a TP motor. He said he would enquire, but it would be a few months before he would place his next order, but would get one then.
I was in no hurry. So I let it ride.
Last week it arrived on my doorstep. No invoice. I Emailed him to let me know how much it cost so I could pay him & he just said, consider it a gift because it took so long to get it.
            Nice.

            Cheers.
            Paul.

Yeah that seems more in keeping with the Joe I've dealt with. I don't buy a ton of stuff from him, but I do get the impression he looks after his customers as much as is workable. I get advice from him often and he's always forthcoming with some ideas & recommendations. He's running a business, so you can't expect too much. But I see a good lot of customer support which strikes a chord with me, so I think if you contacted him with issues you're having then he'd sort it with you.

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, though I would chime in.

I have a TFL Pursuit purchased from OSE, needed a dual-pick up rudder direct bolt on. I had a difficult time locating this item, RCBB had this item and a few other upgrades. Order was 100% complete, two weeks exactly from South Australia to Long Island, New York. No tracking number provided from reseller, I'm okay with that.

I have bought a few bits from RCBB to NZ, no problems and usually 7-9 days. Sorry Ockers it maybe quicker to get some things to NZ, Lol.
However NZ Post is often about as reliable as a Lada. It'll get there but it may take a while, and occasionally just won't. Normal letters can be the worst here, post two letters to the same address on the same day, one will get there in two days, the other two weeks! Fortunately in NZ we have plenty of nationwide couriers for packages at much better rates than the postal service, but to overseas, limited again. We just sent a package on Monday to our daughter in Perth, WA, I am curiously wondering how long it will take to get there. Always get pretty good service getting things from OSE too, again usually 7-9 days.
