    The search for leaks..

Anyone got any great ideas on searching for leaks - I've floated my boat in a pool, pressure tested the cooling system, but I'm still getting a bit of water in every run.

It's not a huge problem, just annoying.

It's a ML Boatworks GP400 built by me.

Water is coming up your stuffing tube. Make sure you put a piece of heat shrink over the joint between the strut and ferrule. This will help keep water out. Also, use a small piece of silicone water line where the stuffing tube terminates inside the hull. This is where the flex shaft exits the stuffing tube. A small piece of water line here will help keep water out of your hull.

Thanks very much for the advice. Seems the only possible culprit, so will make the changes.
