just received an already assembled kit from my nephew with an outboard gas engine,
who acquired from his pops.
any suggestions on making it FE would be appreciated.
i was thinking Popeye style running hardware ect.
going to make it runnable does not have to be sonic.

Make it watertight, get the hyperformance adapter kit and put a UL-1 motor on the outboard leg. Be a neat nostalgic project, wanted one of those back in the 80's.
Not much at all to convert it, mostly just making it watertight. Be a fairly cheap conversion as well, many alternative motors to the UL-1 for less money.
