    Need help on wiring the spart arrester on a MGM controller!

    Hi guys,

    I got the new bad boy MGM controller. It has a thin red wire coming out of it. I am assuming its for a spark arrester. Does it just plug into the positive on the battery terminal first? There is no capacitor so its a little different then the other ones I have done. Any pictures will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

          A small alligator clip works. Plug in -, clip spark clip to +, wait a 10-15 sec, plug in +, turn on esc.

              Connect Neg first, connect thin red wire to soft start, wait 10 seconds and then connect Pos. You can disconnect the thin red wire after the main pos has been hooked up, but make sure to cover the end.
