the width of the transom bottom is wider. I,m sure Phil will chime in.

Oh, and I seriously doubt if ANYONE in PSFEMBC would care if that transom wasn't ever updated. As long as you are just planning on running it at a club level, I don't think you'd have any issues...

If you are gonna run the Nats, better make sure it's legal. That's why this whole issue came up originally.
