AQ 1800kv motor question

Hi Guys,

I have an aquacraft 1800kv in my homemade tunnel and it works, but there is A LOT of resistance when everything is off/unplugged and I try to turn the prop/motor by hand. Is this bad/is there something that might be causing this?
