    Insane FE30, Thoughts of buying..

I have looked at this Hull for quiet some time, and seeing that I have had such a great time building my 34" DF Vortex, wondering how this would compare. Can the Insane fe run a 6s setup? Whats the fastest speed on the insane fe30?..How long is the wait for one after purchase?

It is not too much power if you intend to use the voltage for reduced amp draw and extrended run time. Not many folks do this, but 6S with a lower Kv motor (~1500) will be more efficient than 4S and weigh no more for the same run time. I do agree that using 6S to gain speed over a 4S setup is not a good idea.

I see many fe30s with aqu motor and esc's, and seem to really scream! I believe I have found out exactly what I want to run in this hull. I may order it soon!
Neu 1515 1.5D 2700 Kv, 220a esc, 4s, octura x447. Hmm, this will probably get this hull smoking fast...Less run time Im sure, but I don't race, just for fun speed passes.

That set up will be fast trust me. I have a tp4050 3Y 4s entropy, SF220 pro + m445 and it hauls ass, m545 goes on next and have some of Andy's props on order too.
These things are awesome boats, If you get one, I recommend you send it to Tony (Properchopper) and get him to finish the build, he does an awesome job and knows how to set them up to they run great straight up. this is the first ever time this boat has been wet in its life....

Thats a cool setup, I really wanna go with a Neu motor this time around, I loved my last 1515 and had over 150 runs on it, and kept on going. I think I'd rather build it myself, thats prolly the most fun part about boats, build and getting success! Is the full length on the FE30 30"? Does it handle well in decent choppy water? Anyone know if this thing could reach high 70s without taking air?
