    It may be high end but I have used these parts in my 1400 cat and they work great. They don't break the bank and work with no flaws. I my end up going to a gas set up. I'm looking at that as well.

      The rudder I have is nice and tight. I use it un my 41'' cat. Works great! As for the stinger U used the stuffing tube inside the stinger and this made it very firm and strong. I would say it is very sound design. As for the next level yes I'm stepping up. I do want it different in design and unique to how boat are done. One of the fastest cats I have ever seen uses no stingers at all.
