CC Hydra 120 Problem

I reset my Hydra 120 to these:

I set
cut-off voltage= custome 13.3
reverse type =no reverse
reverse throttle amount =12.5
Motor timing = normal
start power = normal
current limiter=enabled
Throttle curve = linear
break = linear
softwear V 1.3


I also disabled the BEC by pulling the RED wire( I am running a rx pack)

I now can not re-calibrate the throttle. I get the 2 beeps but it never goes into the 4 beeps. I have tried both with the rx batts on and off and I now have no throttle. I'm lost because before made the changes it worked.

I'm running two 2S packs so the cutoff should not be a problem.

Any suggestions??

sounds like the esc isn't seeing what it recognizes as neutral, you might have to fiddle w/ the throttle trim. w/ my radio (futaba 3pmfm) I have to use negative 26-28 before any of my cc esc's will arm. hth

thanks rex, luckily I use the same transmitter, so this helped a lot! finally the cc esc armed.
but now that the neutral point is found around 26-28 how do you set that throttle is not by pushing but by pulling the handle?

this is firmware problem........... i have the same trouble with mine. it wont arm or do anything
send it in to caslte with a explanation of what it is doing. chances are they will just throw a ne PCM board on ?

Thanks for the advice.

As it turns out I had it plugged into channel 3 instead of 2.
Didn't realize surface Rx's are numbered from right to left. Airplane Rx's are numbered from left to right with the batt being the last. The Rx is in a balloon so I was just looking at wires. Off by 1 slot.

Dumb mistake but it worked fine once I plugged it into the correct channel.
