For Twin ESC/Motor setups, Strap batteries in parallel or keep separate?

I have a 6S twin setup with two 6S 5000 mah 50C battery packs. Is it better to connect ESCs (with very short leads) and battery packs to a common 2ga. buss? Or keep the power separate to each ESC input? I can see advantages to both approaches. Wondering whats most common and why!

    THANK YOU!!!

    Howdy

If it were me, i would pass on the 12v+ buss. Fe isn't a subwoofer amp crossover boom boom setup in your neighbors tuner mobile. Keep powerleads isolated from each other. With a common 12v+ buss, i doubt you could get accurate readings to determine mah draws after runs.....

In this case it would be a 22.2V buss. I have some solid copper buss bars with the same cross section area as 2ga. wire.
