What BEC to use?

Hi there,
Never built a high power setup before, I am running 8s with a swordfish 300 in a cheetah. I need to be buy from Australia as the postage will kill me once again.

I have no idea what to even look for, 3A, 5A, 10A how is this calculated. It just needs to run my steering servo?

They are the ones that I use. Haven't had a problem yet on 8s & a Swordfish 240A in my 1/8 scale hydro.
