    The blue forum

Funny thing, I have read some posts on Rumrunner that reference the "blue" forum. All this time I have thought it referred to International Waters. But I now realize people are referring to the OSE forum.

Just a fyi, I don't think there is a problem mentioning OSE over on The Wollards RRR site. We have a good working relationship.

Is that because the forum here is in blue? It would be logical but then so would intnl. waters (unless the water is polluted) :D

            I'm not changing from blue.

Everything I own is black or blue. Plus I got quite an ear full from customers when I had a black site. Black is a no, no.

Maybe I will go white. That way we can have Red, white & blue forums. HAHAHA I know its a stupid joke, but its slow around here today.

ok, I think we should break the divide and wipe out colors from our forums! We need to rid the web of all these evil colors that divide us and join hands. Maybe even sing a song or two. A couple of "Disturbed" songs come to mind, but the older members would hate that ear shattering style of song! :-)

Personally, I really wish we could all just get beyond the color of each other's forums... Blue, Red, White, or Green... they are all, in the end... Forums!

Can't we all just get along???

watch out reds, this is our turf, just kidding. I'm on Rum runner forum, its nice to have both because there is some cool builds there, and some of the legends like jay turner post there, but OSE is by far the best forum, it is like a little community here.

I feel the RRR forum is the reason NAMBA had 17 people at the nationals.....let me just say that without pointing out names to go along with it.

Let's not start bashing the RRR forum again...

Honestly, I'm SAD as hell that this has ended up the way it has... People over there like to cast the blame toward some of us, but they forget how all this started... Everyone has opinions... Some of us got attacked for ours, tried to defend ourselves, and wound up the "bad guys"...

So be it... Time to let by-gones be by-gones and move on... It's water under the bridge, and rehashing all that won't help anything...

At the Nationals this year, even though there were only 17, or 19, or ??? people there, some understanding was forged and some bridges were mended... I have Doug Twaits, Jr.s phone number now... I consider him a friend in the hobby... AMAZING what a face to face meeting and actually getting to know someone can do for a guy's opinion... That went BOTH ways, I assure you... He's a GREAT guy to race with... a fierce competitor and just a NICE guy! I hope he walked away realizing that, even though I'm a complete GEEK, I'm the same...

There were only "17 people at the Nationals" because it costs a LOT of money to field a competitive FE boat and the travel costs were HUGE! It's NOT the fault of the RRR board... It's the circumstances in general...

If I had my way... we'd ALL be back on the RRR board doing what we used to do so well... talking about RC BOATS! But, for now anyhow, things are what they are and the best we can do it move forward, be positive, and help those along that need helping...

                        Just my opinion, of course...

                          Well said Darin.
However, I have visited and belonged to many forums over the years but this is the only one I visit every day because it is friendly and not political.
Although most of us have never met it feels like we are friends sharing a common interest ( obsession ? ).
                          Lets keep it this way.

Lets just say there is plenty of room for all of the forums. This thread isnt about who's bad or good. It was about being called the blue board, which I thought was funny in a good way. Time for this thread to close.
