I shredded both of mine trying to install them....feel your pain! Ive been looking for a few days trying to find them myself. Might just have to buy jacket again as it was only $6!
Dosnt help with replacing the shredded rings but Properchopper on the forum sanded a bevel on the end cap of his Aqu motor because of this very problem. He had some pics of his mod.
Also to aid fitting jacket to either tight fits or square edge end caps I make a disc the diameter of my motors end cap & around 3mm thick with a hole in the centre & slide it onto the end cap & secure it to the end cap with the 2 mounting screws. The disc or washer has a taper to it edge making sliding jackets on a breeze & simply remove the screws & disc once the jacket is fitted. This also works a treat where you have motor end caps that have sharp corners where some end caps have counter bored holes machined for screw heads to sit in that can tear o rings to shreds.

See post #8. So far has worked bueno for the last two motors I tried this on. Goodbye to "Shredded O-Ring" breakfast cereal.
By the time I get done running around town to find an O ring I could have bought another jacket. There $7. I'm in the local hobby at least twice a week lately. Realllllyyy annoying.
