Where can I learn about added caps for my ESC?

Just ordered a Castle Ice 240 for my 36 inch mono. Will be running a Neu 1527 1.5 D on 6s.


While waiting for parts I have been reading all I can on this forum (thank you).

From what I have read I need to add some caps to my ESC if I expect it to last.

Where can I find out what caps, how many, and how to connect to ESC?

Not really sure you needed that 240a for a 36" mono.
What hull is it and what speeds were you looking for from it with that setup ?

Its going on a TFL Arian 2 cf. Mainly a sport boat but building to Q mono specs just in case I try to race it. Not really sure of what a good speed is to be competitive in Q mono (good question).

Hoping for 55 to 60ish.
