    Mystic 45 vs 33?

    Hello all,
Im looking for some hull dimensions I cant seem to find on the MHZ Mystic C5000 114 cm and the 84 cm version.
Is the 84 just a shortened version of the 114?
    Or,
is there differences in the other dimensions as well, like the tunnel width and depth, sponson width and so on.

Is there a resource Im missing?
    Thanks all

    Hi,

are there any particular measurements you need from those 2 hulls?

The 84cm version is scaled version from the 114cm so it's not just shorter, it's smaller in every dimension.

I was just wondering about how the hull design changes with length. What I want is a hull that is in between the 2 sizes.
Does the tunnel dimensions scale linearly with hull length?
      as an example, 84/114 = 0.7368421052631579
Do does that mean that all the dimensions between the 114 cm and the 84cm version are scaled by this ratio?
If you have the 2 hulls, you could verify this by just measuring the same dimension on both hulls, such as tunnel width.

Those 2 hulls scale pretty much linearly. The 84cm version is about 0,73 times smaller than the 114cm version when taking account measurement error.

        Lenght: 84/114 ≈ 0,74
        Width: 22,5/30 ≈ 0,75
        Tunnel width: 9,5/13 ≈ 0,73
Overhang (where the drives are): 9/12,5 ≈ 0,73
        Sponson width: 6/8,5 ≈ 0,71

Again, the measurements aren't exact, but close enough to give an idea of the scale.

I would buy the mystic 114. I was torn between a 114 mystic and the smaller one but running gear + electronics + hardware, and they're not as far off as you would think in terms of price. Sure some will argue ya but you can run this and that setup real cheap in the little one, whatever. You can't go wrong with either but the big one will DEFINITELY handle chop better and everything.

The fightercat daytona is a nice boat, and runs really realllly fast the mhz is just such a strong layup. I stand ontop of my mystic and I'm 200 lbs. If you buy a carbon kevlar mystic you'll never break it, 99% of the time

                    OK, Ill bite.
Does anyone have a Genesis they would be willing to measure?
