Yeah, on the other hand, I thought may be he wants to cover the steps as some had done to the original BJ26 brushless cat.

no, on a cat, if you are having trouble with handling, try raising the strut up and keep the strut neutral. usually if a prop is too deep on a cat it causes major handling issues. at least thats my assessment
