    Hydromarine XRay Low-Profile

    Hello,

I just got a new project in mind and having some experience in high speed catamarans (Hydromarine Maritmo twin -> 150km/h) I am quite new to monos. I want to build up an Hydromarine Xray lowprofile hull. The hull is about 124cm long and I have some hardware left: 2 Neu 1512 2050kv, 2 Turingy 180A, 2 6S 5000mAh, 90mm Stingers and R+L octura x442.

So I want to know your experience in twin config monos, and what do you think about using this hardware in that hull?

Kind of a Big Boat for even (2) 1512 Motors. Thats a four foot boat. I would run it on a single 1527 the smallest. maybe even a 2230...on 10 cells. (My Choice)
Dual Choice (2) 1527/1D... It's going to be heavy. Great looking boat though.

      Thanks for your answer :)

This setup I wrote about is the setup I used in my maritmo to break the 150 km/h, so if possible I want to keep it.

but my wish is to build up a mono on twin setup, I just love the look and the sound of a twin as well as the better stability, so I'm going to ask the question in a different way: what mono hull (deep vee) would you take for that setup?

        Well Claude
1.what is your goal by the Mono?
2.If you want to use the Stingers you are limited to max. 1meter and the props are for a boat more than 1meter way to small.

My goal is to have a mono that gets a nice speed and has a nice handling and for which I don't need a huge waterplan to navigate with.

That's what I thought too about the props, but I'm worried about to put bigger props on these motors in a bigger mono hull. On my maritmo with these motor I ran X447 without any problem, but monos need more amps, no?
