Hello Ksheren, Oe member, Fella 1340 has one. He mentions it in a previous thread. Here's the thread link for you :).

I as planning on buying a Turnigy XS3 myself, but I needed a 4 channel, so I got an Airtronics m11. If I get tired of it, I have my eye on an it4 :)....

Kevin, are you looking to use it with more than one boat? Racing with it? I just sold one, liked it but didn't like having to rebind. I bought a Futaba 4pls and LOVE it. Just finished racing this weekend with it for the first time. It remembers the receiver ID of each individual receiver that's bound to it (one per model). It has telemetry and was $250. Only problem is the receivers are more expensive and so are sensors, but also works with non telemetry receivers. The 2 features I liked about the Flysky that the Futaba has are the receiver voltage and signal strength.

??. I am confused Oscarel. There shouldn't be any issue with rebinding, thanks to the it4's 20 model memory ?.
I haven't got my m11 all figured out yet, but it has a nice model memory. Apparently you don't have to change channels on it. It seems to do it automatically based on the Rx id . strange but ok....... :)

I think he means the specific memory that the TX has for each individual receivers. Binding is not the problem, he wants the Tx to know exactly which receiver it is commanding.

Yeah, but that's why each model in the memory has its own individual set of parameters. :)

I know, I was just trying to come up with a rationale for myself more than anyone else. I tried to look at the manual but something wrong with my IE, so I hope we will have an answer.

It only remembes one receiver and one only. You can save settings for 20 models, but you rebind or move the one receiver between models. Its a "safety" feature. Ive emailed them about it and its well documented in the thread I posted. This isnt the case with the futaba.

For instance, I have a gt3b. I bind 4 receivers (don't have to change models) and check all 4 work.
Futaba 3pks, do the same as above and all 4 work.
IT4 bind, change models, bind. Only the last receiver works even when switching back to first model.
Futaba 4pls, bind, change models, bind. Receivers work with each model they were bound to. Different receiver ID's shows when model switched.

I don't have one but I did look at Spektrum DX3s/4s and I believe I read it works the same as the futaba (don't quote me on this).

I have a dx3s and all you do (once the initial bind on each receiver) is swith to the model you programmed in the transmitter. It remembers 18 or 20 different receivers

I have the it 4 and really like it. I only ran with one boat last year so didnt run into the rebinding issue. It will store all your models but you do have to rebind changing to another rx. The touch screen is fantastic and I love the simplicity of assigning trim etc. to any spot you like. I have qn upcoming build where all 4 channels will be used and it gives me multiple option of how I would like them used. rx battery voltage, Temperature, rpm etc are displayed nicely on the main screen while running as well as serv position and I am sure there is more you add but havent spent the time with it yet. The rpm sensor is basically useless as it only meaures to 18000 rpm. It woould have been nice if sensor was able to read higher as you can set it up to show running speed. I ran with two temp sensors, one for the esc.and the other on the motor and is really great being able to monitor them on the fly. I believe the voltage sensor only reads to 18 volts to its only good for 3s and less setups. The rx voltage is built into reciever and doesn't require any additional wiring. It hqw the serial buw as well, if somebody knows what it is bewt used for I would be happy here about it. The TX battery pack seems to have good capacity, I have yet to run more than 30 percent of its capcity in a day but if your running multiple boats I dont know how much time you really get out of a charge. The rx will take 6 volts so its perfect for a life battery if your running without w bec. I havent had any issues with it at all qnd range is very good. The boat will disappear before you lose signal. The touch screen interface and the long list of features to tailer your driving preferences is what I love most about it. You can pull it out of the box and be ready to use it in no time at all. I will be pushing it to its limits with my next build, the testing I have done in anticipation has met my needs and then some. The voltage wnd rpm sensor limitations has been the only letdown. The price is great and additional rx's and sensors are very cheap to buy. Dont forget is buy second temperature sensor if you mqke the purchase. I am completely satisfied with it to date, its got more features then one could possibly use . I really like the steering trim, sub trim.qnd exponential adjustments as they displayed graph style and making fine adjustments till your satisfied is a breeze. I was worried about my five year old son using it but its taken some good knocks with no issue. Its very easy to use and for me thats probably the best feature or all. It comes with two hand grip sizes and with the adjustable wheel its very comfortable to use. Progrqmming and setup compared with performing the same adjustmentw made on my spektrum dx7 is miles apart in user freindlyness. I still havent got a good grasp on the spektrum qnd I have had it a year. The touch screen (built in stylus holder as well) makes everything that much easier. I havent seen any other makes out there with simulqr features and a touch a touch screen and have no idea how it stacks up against them. Its an outstanding radio for the price and I plan on buying another for my son, its the only radio he wants to use now. If you have more.specific questions just ask.

I have one. I like it. I just leave the bind plug in all my rx and rebind every use. Its not bad. Easier than sending a text on an iphone.

I confirmed this last night. I put my axial terra buggy back together and drove it. Only thing I had to do was select a different model. All of my setting for it were there from before. Costs alot more but its more convenient. I would like to have something that has telemetry and reaches a decent distance. The dx3s doesnt reach far with the telemetry plus the receiver is not a marine receiver. Any ideas?

I'll need to check the distance on the Futaba. I raced with it last week and didn't hear any beeps so I'm assuming it held. But like everything Futaba their prices are high for the telemetry adapters. Also no issues with switching between 2 models. As for non-marine receivers, you can coat normal them with corrosionx or conformal coating and you shouldn't have issues. Or make sure you use them in a dry boat. I use the Traxxas waterproof boxes in my gas boats with open cowls and have yet to have an issue with the receivers.
