Who can I send my props to to be sharpened and balanced?

I am new to fe boats but not new to the hobby. I bought a prather steel prop thinking I could take it to a hobby shop to get it sharpened and balanced. Boy was I wrong. I dont want to do sharpen and balance it myself. Does anybody know where or who I can send this to to get sharpened and balanced?

    Thanks

I have a prather 215. But bought that for the stock setup.
              I now have a t180 and 4082 turnigy motor.

What do you guys think is a good prop for a turnigy 180 and turnigy 4082 1500 kv pushing a spartin?

I would like to get the prather 215 and maybe 220

Looks like I have me a source to get that Grimracer prop worked on, it just bubbled the water when I put it on my UL-1.
