    flyermate lipo ??



    has anyone tried one of these broadcell maxamp lipos by swang hobby?
    the price would lead me to believe they are crap that is why I am posting this question

      It's hard to say but I wouldn't expect much. I think if you ran them under 15c or so they might be ok. They are shipping from China so I would imagine that would push the price back up some.

        pretty much everything is from china these days. I don't want to waste money on junk, that's why I was wondering if anyone had tried them.

            You multiply the pack capacity in amps by the c rating. In the case of the swanghobby packs 4500 mah = 4.5 ah. You then multiply 4.5 ah by the c rating. In this case 20c, you would have an amp rating of 90 amps.

            As far as how much your DF33 will need I'm not sure but I would get packs that can take 150 amps or more. This will likely mean going to a 2p arrangement.
