Hey Guys,
We are nearing very very close to starting the 2013 Christmas Gifting
We will start on Dec.1st and go through Jan.1st
There will be a separate section for the gifting to happen once we get things started.
I will most likely get them up a few days early so we can all refresh on the rules and see how it will all work.
I wanted to start this thread in hopes to generate some interest and get everyone to look through their boxes and see what they might have to offer up for a gift or two.
It's great way to help out others and get yourself in the spirit! Or maybe even just clear out some space in the old tool box. Anything can be gifted it does not need to be boating related....
Here are the rules as a refresher and for those who may not have been able to participate in the past:
Post what you want to give;(1 item/package per thread to keep it clean and easy) Someone else posts in that thread that they want that gift!
Then once you have spoken for a gift that is available please post in the "received gift" thread to help us all keep track of who has been given a gift,
One gift to be taken per person.
Only members may participate; no member may participate on behalf of a non-member friend.
The giver specifies how shipping will be handled.Such as I will handle shipping or taker pays shipping.
No asking for a specific gift that has not been offered. Example: Don't post "I need a motor, who has one?"
You may Gift as much as you want.
But again you can only receive 1 gift!!
Everyone please keep in mind this is in the spirit of giving!
Behave like adults and everyone follow the rules and it will go just as smoothly as it has the past 2 years!
Get on board and lets all have a great holiday!
Any questions please let me know, we will go over the rules and threads to post in once they all get setup.
