if money is no problem, buy a rtr SV27 or Blackjack and change motor, esc, run lipo's. for about a grand you will have what you are after. You will prolly not get that hull to perform near what these can. However there are some sweet build threads on that hull as well. perhaps a direct drive kb45xl 10turn with 6S lipo and CC 240A HV esc.
thought about it and i am just going to buy either a blackjack brushless or a sv27 and suggestions?

Mike, dont take our suggestions too heavy... each boat has its advantages. I wish to this date I had never sold my old mrp gentry eagle that ran 3 brushed motors. Depends on your running conditions "lake". IF its rough usually the villian is an excellent boat and can still be made fast. It is the always smooth ponds and private lakes where the smaller, shallower hull styles are the most fun. Just my opinions anyways. keep us posted and good luck no matter which way you go.
