    I need some help!

Your probably going to really agree with the title after reading this but here goes. I have a proboat shockwave 26, I installed a castle 2650kv 1512 motor. Overkill....yes. fun, well when I can keep it on the water. On 3s it does 40mph. On 4s...prolly close to 50 but its not stable anymore. It chine walks really bad. What can I do to help smooth out the chine walk? (Besides tone it down lol) heres a video so you can see what im talking about.

    On 3s

    On 3s with a 45mm prop

    On 4s

In the 4s video it was a 42mm prop lol. I didnt bother trying the 45mm. It would have been horrible to drive

What you really need to do is to raise the strut to settle the hull into the water - the prop is lifting the hull out of the water too much. Now it is riding on the sharp keel, tottering back and forth at high speed. But on the Shockwave that is eaisier said than done. A smaller prop may help, but you need more hull in the water. All hulls have a maximum speed based and aerodynamic lift, and for your setup, you are there.

I could put an adjustable strut on it. If it dont work out, I can move the hardware to a better hull. Im just looking for 50mph out of this size hull. Is it possible?

It is pretty impressive how fast it gets up tho aint it? Dont know if it matters but it does have a 3/16 flex shaft.

If you guys dont think 50mph is feasible, what hull could I use around that size that would be more stable?

Don't know if you can push 50, but it is a great hull, people have great success with it, I have one too, very stable, but I did not attempt to break 50 mph.

With a DeltaForce-26 yes, but possibly not with your hull if you want reliable control.....

                              Hi,
Try adding some weight to it.
That may help to keep it a little more stable on the water to,
Also I like using three bladed props like a x440/3 to help stop torque roll in mono's.
The three bladed prop will help the boat run smoother and give better top end speeds to.
