I dont understand 200amp esc burnt boat was dumas 7.5 hawk with 3660 3180kv 2 zippy compact 7.4 in series 5000mah prop prather 215 approx. 37 mm in dia.

If you were running the 2s packs in series (4s) than your no load rpm was in the mid 45K range. That's running a motor pretty hard and I could see why you blew the esc . Also the motor seems a bit small for a 35" rigger. How long did you run her until the ESC let go?? What motor and ESC were you running??
