Minimal Invasion

Ok...
I have a stuffing tube that needs substitution in one of my hulls...
Can you guys give me suggestions in how to remove it without minimal
invasion (cutting) since most of the hull is in great shape and I don't wanna
repair things.

This is what I do, apply heat to the existing brass stuffing tube with a soldering iron. This should break the bond with the expoxy and you should be able to twist out.
