    leapard motors

    im building a ml boatworks px 335 with an os lower unit. what size leapard motor should i use with that? im new to electric.

    I'm no expert but my best suggestion would be a 3674 2200 kv at the most. It kind of depends on what your doing with it , racing or sport and how many cells your going to run . I am getting ready to start a px300 myself and will probably go with a ul1 2030 kv motor so I can run spec class. With the 2200 kv it should haul butt on 4s.
    Where are you in pa. I'm in Dover, York county ,south central pa ?

      im right above philadelephia. im going to run sport for now, maybe racing later. what battery would you recomend with that motor? and how much run time would i have?

        Dinogy batteries are great turnagy are good. I would use 4s1p 5000mlh. Not sure how much room in battery compartment on the px335, best to measure first and more mlh = more run time maybe 5 minutes + or - depending on setup.
