Both the impuse and the revolt are great boats-- they will perform very close to each other -- both have 1800kv motors. The impulse claims it can handle 6S, and while the ESC is rated at 22 volts, it is only 80A, so you'd need to prop way down. SOme folks say they run their impulse on 6S just fine, but you can find a bunch of folks who have burned stuff out. You can take the impulse up to 5S no problem. The aquacraft ECS is rated at 60A (4S only) but has a great reputation and many folks (including me) use it for P-limited racing setups.

It really comes down to which hull paint scheme you like better...

Having said that, I am still banging my head for missing Heaving Earth's Nitro conversion Miss Elam "for sale'' thread!
Now if I were into mono, I will be banging my head again for losing that Titan 29"
lol sorry you missed that one tim. the titan is also an awesome boat. i had my fun with it, so its time to move it along as well. im thinking of building a sprintcat this winter. possible twin

Thx for everyones input. I ended up buying a revolt from a member here. Super helpful guy hes even getting it set up the way he would which is good for me to see how an experienced boater would do it.
