Question with Aqua Craft ESC arming

OK, this has been talked before. I am using a Flysky FS-GT3B tx/rx and I have no problem "calibrating and arming" the ESC, however, after I unplug the packs, the ESC won't remember a thing ( sort of like its owner )
Yes, throttle channel is on Reverse!
I tried EPA both at 100% and 120%, throttle trim is dead center according to digital read out.
Here is my question: I have no problem if I need to do this every time, very easy. Should I just live with this or there is a danger/possibility that it may go to failsafe in the middle of a run.
    Thanks in advance.
BTW, this is my first time using AC ESC, but I am aware some people have similar issues.

This is how the controller works.
Every one has to arm and re arm the throttle each and every time.

Something I hated at first but now used to it and makes me check everything a second time before I run.
