    Cool Painting options PLasti-Dip

I've been watching guys paint their cars with Plasti-Dip coating that comes in quite a variety of colours and even a glossifier!!

    Check this cool vid out:

THe best part is how easy it is to clean up or change! Change your boat every season or part way through.

Of course I would not do the ride surfaces with this as it would change the performance.

Carbon fiber accents here we come!!

When the time is right I'll get you to cut me some vinyl cockpits etc... I was thinking of you when I posted this thinking, what is more work?? I'm going to try your stuff out soon. I'll get you to help me plan out graphics on a few boats this winter. Thank you!

Even if you don't want to paint a whole boat you could just dip the tip or sponson tips of yer boats in it for protection. I ding mine up all the time being a bit clumsy in my wheelchair. It would also help protect against scuffs and abrasions,

I've been playing with plasti dip for quite awhile, & i've tried most everything with it. Sponson tips sound good in theroy, but the edges curl up, then it peels and rolls off. It works great for waterproofing the inside of your hull, coating the underside of hatches & coating the hatch sealing surfaces . I also spray all the circuit boards out of all my recievers to waterproof them...
