Charlie at Manzano Laser has the largest capability I have found, but I doubt he can do 50". In the case of such large parts, you can do them in two pieces with a "jigsaw puzzle" joint between the two parts.
Have you thought about high pressure waterjet cutting instead!... if you can find one? I know only one in France so there must be plenty over there
It's cheaper and do not require sanding where wood is burnt to allow correct glueing/glue penetration!!!
Waterjet cutting normaly require pure water filled with silica or other abrasive and cause the nozzle to wear out very fast, reason why they use diamond nozzle, but those who preform waterjet cutting on "soft" materials like wood, rubber, plastic... only use pure water... lot cheaper!
