What there a 2013 horsecrap batch of flex drives or something?!!!!

Oops... Was there... So pissed I can't type.... I got a set of MHZ 3/16 flex drives and 1/4 prop shafts for my 45" Mystic C5000. The left rotation dropped right in the prop shaft. Literally... The right rotation, couldn't even force it in. Didn't fit in the collet either. I was advised to sand them down. I finally sanded enough to fit both, then first run the weakened flex failed at the collet.
Just got a set of L and R octura 3/16 shaft from a friend. Same thing, L rotation drops into the prop shaft, the right rotation doesn't budge in. What's the deal?

i hope you find the solution was thinkn' on the 114 for one of my builds, been readn' into every damn cat thread i can find between 41" - 51" hulls,
i still cannot make a decision.
tryn' to figure out not so much cost but least amount of sidesteps for ease of the build but i have read enough to know they all have their idiosyncrasy's like every darn thing.
i truly hope you can resolve the issue at hand. i will check to see later what happens. well back to reading.

You could always get some RTR cables.

The prop shafts to fit MHZ are pretty long. I don't want to redo the brass tubing inside.
