I had a buddy over yesterday and he saw my Fantasm hull sitting on the shelf and asked me what it was i said it was a Fantasm which prompted a weird look from him and then he ask me No, what is the model based off. I didnt have an answer So I come yo you guys, what boat does the Fantasm most closely resemble? a Skater? Mystic? im pretty sure its not a MTI.

I know this is an extremely late reply but interesting nonetheless. While looking through photos of the Miss Geico boats their older boat from 2005, made by 'Platinum' looks very similar to the Zonda/Fantasm. it even has the square exhaust cutouts at the rear, although with no exhaust pipes. The slight difference i can see is the cockpit/canopy bulge is larger on the model, as is the trapezoidal mount for the rudder on the transom. Otherwise very similar and a nice replica could be fashioned.
