im sorry guys i have seen people mention boats running wet.what does wet mean??whats the term for the boat not running wet

For best performance with a cat and mono hull, you want the boat to be running on the back pad (few inches) of the hull at wide open throttle. If it is running with more of the hull touching the water at WOT, it will be "running wet" and slower.
