solinger hardware

Out of curiosity, i have solinger hardware on the back of a 32" cat I have in pool room and I was offered 100 bucks for the hardware. Is this bloke on something or is this worth a few bucks. I dont want to wrong by the bloke and rip him off but cant seem to find much info on the matter. Thanks Gus

It is very well made and light hardware that is no longer available, if I remember correctly it was less than that new, but since it is not available new that seems like a reasonable offer to try and tempt it from your transom.

Thanks Paul, it is tempting as the boat all together was not much more than that. I think I'll hang onto it unless he want the lot. Cheers Gus
