I think is the weak constitution of the hull

My wife "accidentally" dropped my Pickle from our kitchen table forks first...
when I examined it closer... there was no damage. Obviously they were different
speeds but my point is, I have dropped glass hulls from the same height and
they had to be fixed... these Pickles are strong but Andy, you are pushing it mate!

Do you mind sharing your setup for the Pickle Club?

No probs nue 1512 2d 5000mah 25 P/Q hydra 240 x642 prop. Fullers hardware per recomendations except the turn fin. I changed to a turn fin AG got me from Taipan hydros. It was very fast and had 150gm of balast just in front of the balance point. Strut was at 18mm and 1 deg down angle approx. Well over powered for this little hull but it handled it amazingly well!

Andy this looks more like a challenge to me. Maybe I can not see all the damage but from what I can see it is fixable. Maybe it will never perform the same but you never know if you do not try.
That red sponson on my Xzess 2 had a lot of fiberglass missing from when it hit my leg but I filled it and shaped it and dribbled epoxy on the inside of the sponson to strengthen it. Since then it has done cartwheels and summersaults over 65 mph (until I got the CG correct) and now becomes uncontrollable at 75 mph (my challenge is to fix that). My point is that it goes faster now than before the damage. I am not saying my fixing the holes in the sponson made it go faster. I am just pointing out that if I put it in the rubish it would have been a good boat wasted.
Put it all in a box until you feel better mate and fix it up (if that’s possible), it might surprise you.
Several boats in various stages of destruction
