On my PT Stealth I cut a solid block of pool noodle type foam that fits from the back of the motor to the transom and the full width of the tub and from deck level to floor. Plus whats in the sponsons and up the sides of the hull.

I have the same hull, and it torpedoed to the bottom at the Michigan race this year and there it stayed until the next day when kabota tom said the 36 " pike he caught the week before let it go must have been sitting on it!! The boat has the front filled with noodles and down the side of the rails. the key is to tape well I had about 4oz of water in the hull when I got it back to shore.

      Cheers, Jay. Race on :rocko2:

For those using hatch locks.... These suckers keep the water from coming in while upside down: HATCH LOCK CONDOMS

Not easy to get on but, I did it for my 40" mono and they worked.
