Whistling ESC

Hey Guys,
Ran my newly completed 1/12 Pay n Pak Saturday morning and found I had a whistle in the boat when I punched it and then it fall on its face. If I just eased in to the throttle it would run just fine, Specs: GForce 3650SL 4-Pole 3200kv, Seaking 120A ESC, 3S 4000mha bat and X440 prop. I’m not sure what the problem is, can anyone help me out?

I forgot the timing it is set at 3.75 & the motor is D wind.

Program the ESC to a lower LVC. This is the typical result of the LVC being set too high for the packs.
